One of the topics that is of special importance in education is paying attention to the issue of spiritual education and paying attention to the factors affecting it. The fact is that in recent years due to the lack of attention to these components, one of the most important of which is the right to human dignity, a lot of damage has been done to the mental health of society and individuals, therefore, in the promotion and protection of human spiritual health, attention to human dignity has a special The question that is raised in this article is what is the status of the right to human dignity as one of the components of spiritual health in Alavi's (pbuh) government. and Islamic sources have been written, it is based on the assumption that the right to human dignity was recognized years and even centuries before it became a term in the international arena, in the Alavi regime, and that Imam in his not so long reign always maintained this They had the right to care.
