چکیده
One of the important issues related to the Qur'an is its comprehensiveness, from
which Islamic philosophers have presented different views on it from the very beginning.Absolute comprehensiveness in all sciences, moderate comprehensiveness and minimal comprehensiveness are among the most important views in this regard. Each of these perspectives faces challenges and criticisms.Verses and narrations about the comprehensiveness of the Qur'an state that the Qur'an is comprehensive in matters of guidance and religion and there is no matter or issue in matters of religion and guidance unless it is stated in the Qur'an;But by examining the apparent structure of the Qur'an, it becomes clear that the Qur'an is not comprehensive even in religious matters; In other words:It is not possible to extract absolutely all religious rules and answers of issues from the appearances of the Qur'an, while the verses and especially the narrations express the absolute comprehensiveness of the Qur'an.In Nahj al-Balaghah, two important principles have been stated about the comprehensiveness of the Qur'an.First, the Qur'an is absolutely comprehensive in matters of guidance and includes other subjects as well. The second basis is that the comprehensiveness of the Qur'an in its absolute meaning is specific to the infallibles (AS) who are aware of the true appearance and heart of the Qur'an.The present study has accepted the absolute comprehensiveness of the Qur'an in the matters of guidance for the infallibles (peace be upon them) by descriptive-analytical method, while criticizing and examining the views expressed; This means that the Qur'an independently has the full comprehensiveness of guidance and religious affairs without the need for another source, which is obvious in the appearances and heart of the verses; But this absolute comprehensiveness of the Qur'an belongs to the infallibles (peace be upon them) who can extract its knowledge from the appearance and heart of the Qur'an;In fact, the source of the narrations of the Infallibles (peace be upon them) is based on these apparent and interior teachings of the Qur'an; The most important reasons for proving this view are:Verses of the Qur'an, the words of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in this regard, the scientific authority of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), the structure of the Qur'an and its inclusion on the appearance and interior, and the scientific and practical life of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS).
