این پژوهش با روش توصیفی تحلیلی، این روایات را با عرضه بر نهج البلاغه، مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار داده است. آن چه که از روایات مطلاق بر می آید این است که گوینده نهی از تزویج زنان، امام علی بوده است و برای صحت این مطلب، مهم ترین دلیل در تائید یا رد آن، سیره قطعی و معتبر امام علی است؛ که نهج البلاغه تجلیگاه سیره و سنت امام علی است. آن چه که از نهج البلاغه بر می آید این است که روایات مطلاق، موافق با مطالب این کتاب شریف نیستند؛ به این معنا که هیچ تائید یا اشاره ای در این باره در نهج البلاغه وجود ندارد؛ از سوی دیگر علاوه بر فقدان تائید، مباحث متعددی در تعارض با این روایات در نهج البلاغه وجود دارد که دال بر این است که روایات مطلاق متباین با سیره امام علی در رابطه با امام حسن است. نتیجه پژوهش بر این مطلب تصریح دارد که وجود تعارضاتی آشکار در نهج البلاغه با روایات مطلاق همچون: اهتمام امام علی به مقام اهل بیت و تشویق مردم به پیروی از آنان؛ سیره عملی امام علی در رابطه با امام حسن، تعارض با سیره حکومتی امام علی، تعارض با نامه ها و وصایای امام علی به امام حسن و تعارض با سیره امام علی در برخورد با مقام و منزلت امام حسن، ناصحیح بودن روایات مطلاق را نشان می دهند.

One of the most important issues raised about Imam Hassan's biography is the attribution of divorce to him. In the sense that he has had many marriages and divorces, which has earned him the title of divorced. This research has analyzed and examined these narrations by presenting them on Nahj al-Balagheh with a descriptive and analytical method. What emerges from the various narrations is that Imam Ali was the speaker of the ban on women's marriage, and for the authenticity of this matter, the most important reason for confirming or rejecting it is the definitive and authentic biography of Imam Ali; Nahj al-Balagha is the manifestation of Imam Ali's life and tradition. What emerges from Nahj al-Balagha is that Mutlaq's narrations do not agree with the contents of this noble book; In the sense that there is no confirmation or hint about this in Nahj al-Balagha; On the other hand, in addition to the lack of confirmation, there are many topics in conflict with these narrations in Nahj al-Balagheh, which indicates that Mutlaq's narrations are different from Imam Ali's biography in relation to Imam Hassan. The result of the research on this issue states that there are obvious conflicts in Nahj al-Balagheh with Mutlaq narrations such as: Imam Ali's attention to the position of Ahl al-Bayt and encouraging people to follow them; Imam Ali's practical life in relation to Imam Hassan, conflict with Imam Ali's government life, conflict with Imam Ali's letters and wills to Imam Hassan, and confli
